Black Eyed Peas’ Fergie Pals With Cameron Diaz

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie thanks actress Cameron Diaz for sparking her love for surfing.

Fergie has forged a close friendship with the Charlie’s Angels star and is eternally grateful as she “encouraged” the Hey Mama singer to take up the water sport.

And Ms Fergie insists there is no rivalry between the pair over Justin Timberlake who Cameron Diaz started dating last year because her romance with the Senorita vocalist was never that serious.

She explains “It was a flirt fest. He was 17, I was 23. At first I wouldn’t date him because he was too young. It was never serious, but we had a bond.”

Madonna To Duet With Robbie Williams?

A Madonna website has been informed about a possible duet between the Queen of Pop and Robbie Williams.

The song apparently has been recorded on August 5 in London at Temple Studios and that appears to be the main reason Madonna flew back to London immediately after the US leg of the Re-Invention tour.

The song, whose title is still unknown, is a Guy Chambers production and it’s the main theme of the soundtrack of the film Daisy Scarlett: Semper Occultus, directed by Luc Besson who is apparently in talks to direct also the music video.

Earlier this year the Daily Star reported that Madonna was interested to play a villain in this movie which is the story of Daisy Scarlette, a female spy for the MI6, investigating thefts of organs of very emimnent people that leads her to a dictator, Semper Occultus, who needs the organs for a transplant. Daisy Scarlette is played by actress Naomi Watts.

Ever wonder how Sarah McLachlan chooses which songs to play at a concert?

The Canadian singer-songwriter tells The Winnipeg Sun, “I’m selfish. I do the songs I want to sing.” But she adds, “Of course I take into consideration that fans are going to want to hear certain ones. I want to keep them happy after all.”

So what’s Sarah McLachlan’s favorite song at the moment?

According to the singer, that song just happens to be Answer from her latest album, Afterglow. Says Sarah, “It’s just really simple and beautiful.”

Britney Spears’ 55 Hour Husband Sets His Sights On A She-Male

Britney Spears’ husband of just 55 hours, Jason Alexander, found himself another blonde to play with during a recent trip to Miami.

And his latest squeeze, named Ana, has something Britney doesn’t have and that is, a male member!

“The moment Jason saw Ana, he went straight over and asked her to dance,” said an eyewitness at Miami’s Club Space on the night that Alexander, 22, met Ana. “They spent the next four hours dancing, kissing and drinking.

“In Miami, Ana is well-known as a she-male, a guy who looks like a girl but still has his male equipment,” explains the source.

Just how far did their make-out session go? Ana was reluctant to kiss and tell, only letting on “I met the guy in the club, we had a few drinks, we danced, we kissed passionately and that is as far as I’m going with this story,” he/she purred to Star.Ana’s Web site says she charges up to $2,000 for a night as a she-male escort, and boasts, “I’m better than anyone else when it comes to small waist and that busty bleached blonde look with real 10-inch package.”

Jason did not return Star’s call for comment but his father, Dennis Alexander, tells Star “I wouldn’t know about this. Sure, he was in Florida a few weeks ago. But I thought he was going to Disney World.”

Busted’s James Faints In Hot USA

James of Busted certainly felt the heat when the air conditioning unit on the band’s tour bus recently packed up. The band are currently touring the US and at one point were driving through the desert which all proved too much for young James who fainted and collapsed with heatstroke.

An emergency doctor was called out to find James badly dehydrated from tempratures of up to 110 degrees.

Charlie and Matt have maintained their cool and James recovered after plenty of rest and lots of water.

They are only a couple of weeks into their three month US expedition which is being filmed for an MTV reality show. The Busted boys are hoping to crack the US market following much success over here in UK.

Jamiroquai Frontman Gets 6 Months Driving Ban

Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay has been banned from driving for 6 months and and fined GBP750 for speeding. The star was driving at 105 mph in February on the southbound carriage of the notorious A9 near Perth in central Scotland.

The star said “I have made a mistake in this instance but I have an advanced driving licence and do take road safety seriously.”

The singer whom is famed for his passion for sports cars, usually Lamborghinis, has previous motoring convictions.

In 2002, Jay was involved in a street brawl after he found photographers leaning against his newly delivered Bentley.

President Bush’s Girls Party Unpopularly At Kid Rock’s Gig

The New York Daily News reports President Bush’s daughters turned out for Kid Rock’s show at nightclub Avalon and danced, drank, and sang the night away in a tightly guarded upstairs VIP box opposite the stage.

After Kid Rock’s set, the twins earnestly tried to lead the hundreds of beer-drenched, rowdy Republicans in a chant of “Four more years! Four more years!” Unfortunately, the unpopular twins were unsuccessful in getting anyone to join in.

Liam Gallagher Pines For Nothern England

The Hindu Times rocker Liam Gallagher is tired of London and keen to return to his native northern England.

The Oasis singer has been busy recording new material for the band’s upcoming sixth studio album in London but he claims he’s grown sick of the capital and ready to revisit his friends and family in the north.

He says, “I’ve just been so busy in the studio recording new stuff and sometimes London just does your head in and it’s s***. But it makes going back north better in a way. I do miss it. Everything is so far apart here, but I’m going to go and see me mam soon.”

Blue Disses Westlife

British boyband Blue have hit out at pop rivals Westlife, claiming they planned to record a rat pack-style album before the Irish group.

The Obvious band recently revealed their intention to release an LP based on the hits of singing greats Frank SInatra, Dean Martin among others, ready for Christmas.

But Blue are upset because they had the idea first.

Singer Duncan James says, “We actually had an idea to do that album before Westlife but they conveniently took it up first. They’re a bunch of wets.”

Blue are meanwhile rumoured to be splitting for good next year. Music mogul Louis Walsh revealed last week “I know for a fact Blue are going to break up.”

“Simon and Lee will probably have big solo careers and the other two will probably end up as TV presenters.”
