Jay to deliver CBeebies cameo says the Sun

According to the Sun today, Jay Sean might be delivering out to a younger audience soon by apparently making a cameo on top CBeebies show Postman Pat, which relaunched in September last year. Indian actor and actress Archie Panjabi and Kalminder Ghuir already appear on the show as the Bains family, who run the train station, and sources say that Jay could appear as their youngest daughter’s cousin for one episode. Seems he might be really “doing it for the kids”!

Rachel is back (and she’s the solo Girls Aloud)

Rachel Stevens returns with new single Negotiate With Love on March 7th, her first single since October’s #3 smash More More More, and her first new material since the Funky Dory album from 2003/last year. The song has been produced by Swedish production team Wollbeck & Lindbolm, and will be the first new single from her forthcoming second album due out in June, where it will be preceded by another single. Website Popjustice have called her the “solo Girls Aloud”. Eric West Talks About Meeting Madonna

Drowned Madonna held an exclusive interview with Pop/R&B singer Eric West. The rising pop star spoke about his meeting with the material girl, Madonna, where he states “meeting Madonna makes you feel as if you’re talking to an old friend”.

Eric will release his first CD this year, it’s titled “Half “> Life”. AOL Music announced it will premiere Eric’s debut single from “Half “> Life” towards the end of March, on Eric’s official site, it states the LP’s first single will be between “Half “> Life” and a track titled “If I Only Knew”, according to numerous websites the album will include songs called “Black Rose,” “Wires,” and “Underdog”.

Usher Wants Prince!

Neil Sean of Sky News reports that Usher plans on working with Prince on his next album.

“I know this track will be the pivotal one in my career,” Usher told a spy.

“As far as I’m concerned, he’s still the king.”

Meanwhile, Usher’s fifth single Caught Up is currently enjoying it’s steady rise to the top of the Billboard charts.
