Prince 3121 UK Tickets Go On Sale In The Morning

Prince fans in the UK will have to be up and online or on the phone first thing tomorrow when tickets for his 7 night stint at the 02 go on sale. “The artist formally known as” Prince will open up his London tour on August 1 at “the venue formally known as” The Dome. The tour coincides with his album release 3121 and tickets are appropriately priced at GBP 31.21 pounds, for which all attendees will also receive a copy of the new album. Expect ticket prices to soar higher though – tickets for Barbra Streisand at the same venue are set to go for up to GBP 500 ($1000US). Snap them up while you can!

Kelly Clarkson On Tour This Summer

Kelly Clarkson has revealed details of her Summer 2007 tour which will open on the East Coast at Giant’s Stadium in New Jersey. Interestingly, the date of the first concert is 7-7-07 – is Kelly trying to sned us a message about the number 7?! Her tour runs right across that country and culminates in her final show in Las Vegas on 28 September.

Members of her fan club can pick up tickets at 10am today so make it snappy!

George Michael Pleads Guilty To Drugs Charge

George Michael appeared at Brent Magistrates’ Court in London yesterday to plead guilty to a charge of driving while unfit through drugs. According to this Daily Mail article he admitted that “I did something very stupid and have been very ashamed since doing it.”

George was arrested last October after police were called following reports that a car was causing an obstruction at a junction in Cricklewood, North London. When the police arrived they found George slumped at the wheel of a Mercedes. Sentencing on the case was deferred until May 30.

In the meantime, fans can still get tickets for George Michael’s European Tour which is slated to start on 18 May.
