P Diddy Speaks Out About Increased Child Support Payments

P Diddy has hit out at his ex-lover’s demand for increased child support branding it “ridiculous”.

The rap mogul is required by court order to pay $35,000 a month to Mysa Hylton-Brim, the mother of his first son Justin, 10, but he’s disgusted by the new demands.

He told the Associated Press, “It’s ridiculous to think any of my kids would want for anything.”

He added of Mysa Hylton-Brim, “We’ve had a great relationship, and then all of the sudden I got hit with a lawsuit for more money.”Last month, a magistrate ordered the flamboyant hip hop mogul to increase his child support from a reported $5,000 per month to $35,000. That’s the same amount he pays to model girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of his second child, Christian.

P Diddy said, “My son goes to the best schools, he has full-time tutors. I wouldn’t know what else to do to give my son.” He is appealing the ruling and claims Mysa is only seeking more money because she’s in the process of getting a divorce from her husband, with whom she has other children.

He blasted, “It’s not about child support, it’s about adult support. I love the mother of my first child. I would never want to do anything to hurt her, but I have to defend the kind of father that I am. The fact is that the mother of my first child gets more money than the mother of my second child. I’m always going to respect her for being the mother of my child, but at the same time, that don’t mean she has to be right.”

Faith Evans And P Diddy’s Bad Boy Records Part Ways

P Diddy was reported as saying “I’m glad that Faith Evans is doing what she feels is right and may she continue to make sweet music. I do wish her the best and that she remains happy.”

Faith has signed with Capitol Records, home to Chingy. If all goes as planned, she will put out an album later this year.

The rapper added, “My hormones are also raging as I’m a passionate and very romantic man.”

P Diddy Spends Big For His Fashion Show

Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs reportedly spent $75,000 for the 1000 invitations for his Sean John Fashion Week show that occurred on the 8th of February at Cipriani 42nd Street.

The invite was an elaborate pull-drawer box, stamped with the Sean John logo in black foil, which contained a black-on-black T-shirt emblazoned with the words HARD, SEXY & BEAUTIFUL.

Tags hanging from the shirt were used for seat assignments and entry to the show.

The source says last year’s show set Puffy back $1.2 million, “and it will and judging from the look of things around here, it must have definitely exceeded that amount this year.”

P Diddy On Style, Kids, Manicures And Pedicures

According to reports, P Diddy is a very stylish and well groomed man. He was quoted as saying “I’m into a hair cut like every two days. I get my manicure and my pedicure done. I pride myself on having good-looking feet as a man.”

“You know, in essence, fashion is about leaving on your jacket and tie when other people are too hot and lazy to bother” said the rap mogul when asked what was his definition of style then.

Meanwhile, he revealed how often he gets to play daddy, he replied “I see Justin and Christian at least once or twice a week. They might come to the studio with me. They love that. But I try to go into their world.”

P Diddy Dating Kelis

“They were spending a lot of time with each other and they both realised they wanted to be more than just friends. Neither are shy so it didn’t take too long until they hit it off.”

Diddy may have alterior motives, as reports suggest he’s trying to lure Kelis from Virgin Records to his Bad Boy label.

Ben Affleck And Diddy Verbal Exchanges

Ben Affleck responded to Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs comments earlier this week where after seeing Ben and Jennifer Lopez making out, Diddy said, “You got to leave that stuff for the bedroom. I wouldn’t be caught dead kissing anyone in the street, even a hottie like J.Lo. The lady has way too much class for that.”

Ben retorted to the diss telling Howard Stern, “Rappers are always rapping about some bullsh**. P. Diddy should stick to what he’s good at. And what is that, by the way?”

More Businesses And Money For P Diddy

What do you do when you’ve got your own record label, clothes line, restaurants and music career?

Simple, if you’re Sean Combs also known as P Diddy, you start another business. And this time start a market research company.

Blue Mindset is a polling company that Diddy has launched and provided a vision for. The first poll it conducted was two weeks ago and unsurprisingly for the US, was focused on the events of 11th of September.

The difference for his company is that it will target residents of ‘urban America’ for its results, for which you can read a predominately black audience.

Diddy’s impressive array of businesses now includes Bad Boy record label, Sean John clothing line and Blue Mindset. These businesses turn over an estimated $300 million and Forbes magazine put Diddy’s personal income at $50 million.

On top of this, he produces his own records, other people’s records, and is working on a TV show for MTV and has moved into films, most recently working on ‘Monster’s Ball, opposite Oscar winner Halle Berry.

P Diddy To Star In Making The Band II

Sean P Diddy Combs will star in a reality show on MTV this autumn about the finding and making of a hip-hop band and will not focus on the entertainment impresario’s private life.

“This is not ‘The Osbournes’ in P Diddy’s house ok” said John Miller, an MTV executive. This was said because before Wednesday’s announcement, there was speculation in the music industry that Diddy would join the growing list of stars with shows similar to MTV’s highly successful one about the personal life of heavy metal rock star Ozzy Osbourne and his family.

Rather, Combs will star in 10 half-hour ‘Making the Band II’ shows starting 12th of October on the cable network featuring candid scenes of his business, not personal life.

“It gives me a chance to have it clear to people what I do. That I just don’t throw white parties in the Hamptons every day. That I do work 20 hours a day and I am good at what I do,” Diddy said at a news conference.

Diddy sees himself as “this generation’s starmaker,” like Motown legend Barry Gordy for his generation.

Diddy, his assistants and camera crews will travel to at least eight U.S. cities starting next week in search of a band he can then mould into stars.

Diddy said he is uniquely placed to do the show, because he is a recording artist as well as head of a record label, Bad Boy Entertainment.

Among Bad Boy successes are Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans plus 112, a male vocal group.
